Refund and Returns Policy

📜 Course Registration and Payment

• The course fee is payable at the time of registration.
• If full payment is not received by the specified due date, the participant loses the right to participate in the course.
• The contractually binding fee is the fee stated in the price list at the time of application.
• Unless specified otherwise, course materials, such as books, are not included in the course fee and must be purchased separately.

🔄 Cancellation and Refund Policy

• No refunds and cancellations are entertained.
• If a participant faces an emergency (e.g., serious illness, family emergencies, natural disasters, or unavoidable work commitments) a day before or during the course, the fees may be transferred to a future course of the participant’s choosing, subject to availability.
• Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing and sent to director@germanwithamit.com.
• If GermanWithAmit cancels a course, a full refund will be issued within 14 days of the cancellation notice.

📝 Participant Responsibilities

• Attend classes regularly and complete assignments as required by the instructor.
• Respect the class environment and fellow participants to maintain a positive learning atmosphere.

💡 Intellectual Property

All course materials, including content, logos, and designs, provided by GermanWithAmit are the intellectual property of GermanWithAmit and are protected by copyright laws. Participants may not reproduce or distribute these materials without prior permission.

🚫 Termination of Service

GermanWithAmit reserves the right to terminate or suspend access to any course or service if a participant fails to comply with these Terms and Conditions.

⚠️ Limitation of Liability

GermanWithAmit shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our services.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. We will notify participants of any material changes to the terms by posting them on this page.
